Earswick Parish Council will be meeting on this date at 7.30pm. They will hold an informal ‘Members of the Public session’ at 7.15pm, prior to the meeting. Members of the public will be allowed to speak and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the Parish Council meeting agenda, or raise any other matter of public interest, during the “Members of the Public” session.
Members of the Public are not permitted to speak at the Parish Council meeting unless they have notified the Clerk in writing at least two clear days prior to the meeting that they wish to speak on a specific business item on the agenda.
